We provide a secure cloud-based file storage and management system (the "Platform") designed to give authors complete control over their files. Authors can upload, encrypt, and manage files, and approve one-time access requests for downloads.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• By using the Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Author Responsibilities

• Authors are responsible for uploading and encrypting their files before or during transfer to our storage system.
• Authors must ensure that files comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Authors are solely responsible for approving or denying file access requests.

5. Data Encryption and Security

Files stored on our platform are encrypted using author-specific encryption keys managed through Google Cloud KMS (Key Management System). We do not store or have access to your encryption keys. It is your responsibility to securely manage and safeguard them. While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

6. File Access and Download Requests

• File access requests will be routed to the author for manual approval.
• Once approved, a one-time download link will be generated for the requester. After the link is used or expires, access will no longer be available.
• Authors must ensure timely responses to access requests to meet customer expectations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to store or share illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our security features.
• Misuse the Platform to harm other users, disrupt Services, or violate any laws.

8. Fees and Payment

• Usage of the Services is subject to applicable subscription fees, storage limits, or transaction fees as outlined in our pricing plans.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we suspect unauthorized or illegal activity.
• Upon termination, your files may be permanently deleted after a retention period, as stated in our data deletion policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
